In my position as a Web Strategist, I am responsible for managing regular website content updates and assisting in creating communication and project plans, timelines, and processes to meet business goals in a timely manner. As a project lead, I am responsible for large web initiatives such as site redesigns, service line additions and marketing initiatives. Using the Agile methodology, I am able to plan and manage projects to implement new and enhanced web features. Internally, I work collaboratively with business partners to identify business requirements.

  • Employing UX and web best practices to translate user goals into effective websites and email communications that support Medica’s overall business and consumer experience strategies

  • Responsible for managing large ticket queue, including completing tickets, assigning work and developing projects from requests.

  • Creating project plans and timelines that reflect and meet organizational needs.

  • Executing design, build and launch of corporate and intranet websites in Sitecore CMS.

  • Creating engagement strategies for intranet site, including search and social features.

  • Managing timeline and ensuring projects are on-track; providing status updates and feedback to senior management and key players on any potential variances to timeline.
