Parade of Homes | Consulting Project

Through my Advanced Digital Marketing class, I had the opportunity to partner with the Home Builders Association of Western Michigan. The project involved developing and presenting a comprehensive social media strategy for the Kalamazoo Parade of Homes, including understanding the customer journey, social media analysis, influencer identification and promotion, employee social media guidelines, and a social media publishing calendar with corresponding content. My team was able to develop an in-depth strategy to help the HBA improve their online marketing.
